Our team’s hand-on approach ensures everyone is involved with a project in their own specific competence. We also cooperate with other (international) offices, engaged by you or by us, for matters in which we are not specialised, but are still necessary for providing a complete and clear overview of the case. Our rates are straightforward, and we carefully specify the time devoted by us. Wherever possible, we set a fixed fee. In general this is possible when it concerns the annual compliance duties.
Administrations can be delivered to use online (through PC or mobile app) or offline. We can at all times be reached digitally (through email or the app) and by phone.
In cooperation with Lucass www.lucass.amsterdam, a sub-company of De Monchy & Röben Tax Advise, we provide an online administration solution suitable for both us and the client. For this, we use the software of Twinfield, Kluwer. The rates for Lucass are dependent upon the chosen approach. If you choose to keep the books yourself, we will provide you with a professional bookkeeper who keeps an eye on the key points and upon request draws up reports etc. but at lower costs than the full service package. You may also chose to deliver the administration digitally on a (possibly) daily basis, which we will then administer for you. Depending on the chosen service package you will have an up-to-date insight into the financials of your company anywhere you go. Additionally, the VAT and payroll tax returns and payment orders will, of course, be submitted on time and issued respectively. At the end of the fiscal year, the annual accounts and (corporate) income tax return will be drawn up.

A client portal is available for all our clients, where you can safely log in (through this website or mobile app) into your personal and secured online environment. In this portal, we share your declarations, agreements, annual accounts, etc. with you. You can view these documents and approve them (possibly with a digital secured signature). The portal also functions as your online archive.
